Ap\u00f3s a instala\u00e7\u00e3o foi eleita \u00e0 primeira diretoria do cons\u00f3rcio com a seguinte composi\u00e7\u00e3o: Presidente \u2013 Dioji Ikeda (Prefeito de Inhumas \u2013 GO), Diretores \u2013 Valdemar Batista Costa (Prefeito de Nova Veneza \u2013 GO) e Marcelo Arantes Machado (Prefeito de Damol\u00e2ndia \u2013 GO). O cons\u00f3rcio ter\u00e1 sede em Inhumas \u2013 GO, na reuni\u00e3o ficou tamb\u00e9m definido a data do dia 06 de Junho de 2013(quinta-feira) para a Assembleia que ir\u00e1 constituir o cons\u00f3rcio e aprovar o Estatuto, para posteriormente ser levado o registro nos \u00f3rg\u00e3os competentes com a emiss\u00e3o do CNPJ.
